10 Day Home Practice Challenge

10-Day Home Practice Challenge 12–21 September

The hardest part of a home practice isn't the practice itself — it's coming back to it, day after day.

This challenge is about building that. For 10 days, you'll commit to rolling out your mat at home and making space to practise, even if it's only for a short time. No perfect conditions, no perfect routine. Just showing up.

Each day you'll receive a short guided video — a simple practice designed to help you build confidence practising independently, reconnect with your body, regulate your breath through pranayama and cultivate stillness through meditation. Alongside the daily videos, you'll also receive one longer full-length practice, a class you can return to again and again once the 10 days are over, so your home practice has somewhere to keep going.

You'll also receive The Home Practice E-Book — a guide to building and sustaining your own practice at home: how to structure a session, how to choose techniques, how to work with the days you don't feel like it, and how to make practice feel like a creative exploration rather than another task on the list.

Because consistency isn't about rigidly repeating the same thing every day. Within these techniques there's an enormous amount of creative space — room to be curious about your body, your breath, your mind and yourself. And practice becomes less of an obligation, and more like time that belongs to you.

You won't be doing it alone. You'll be practising alongside a community doing exactly the same thing — which, traditionally, is the whole point of sangha.

What's included

  • 10 daily guided practices (video) — asana, pranayama and meditation

  • 1 longer full-length practice to return to, anytime

  • The Home Practice E-Book — your guide to practising at home

  • A community of practitioners moving through the 10 days with you

Starts 12 September.
