Why Katonah Yoga?
Katonah Yoga is a syncretic practice, weaving together classical Hatha yoga, Taoist theory, geometry, metaphor, and breathwork. It teaches that form informs function, and that through measured practice, one can re-pattern old habits, restore personal agency, and orient toward joy, longevity, and imagination.
